Welcome to My
World
I was born 1969 in Abadan, into a middle class family. I was
interested in drawing and painting since childhood. During the
Iran-Iraq War, I moved with my family to Isfahan, and completed
my high school there, and studied clinical psychology at Isfahan
University.
In 1988, although initially studying painting and music, I
developed a love for the art of photography. However, my only
interest was the philosophy of aestheticism, and I had through
investigations in this field. As an up-to-date art, I chose
photography as my professional career.
In the 1990s I began to work for the press, and in 1996 I
started my collaboration with "Yassavoli Publication", the
result of which are some books entitled the "Seven Climes",
"Iran, A Visual Journey", "Tehran", and books on Iran in French
and German, and also some Iranology posters.
By the establishment of the National Association of the Iranian
Photographers in 2006, I joined this association which is
affiliated in the Cultural Heritage Organization.
In 2006, I attended the Tehran International Book Fair with a
photography concerning the "Iranian Clothing" in large scale.
Some of my Works are as follows:
1- Printing a stamp out of Bagh-e-Melli Portal for an exhibition
in Belgium in 2001, by the IRI Post Office
2- The selected photography among 17000 ones from all over the
world in 1994, National Geography: Traveler USA.
3- The selected photography of an Iranian competition on
"Women's Esteem in Iran", 1993.
At the end, I would like to especially thank my dear wife Mrs.
Fateme Sadeqian, my late father Mohammad-Hassan Hosseinzadeh, my
late mother for their inspirations, and all other friends who
helped me in this regard.
